Yes, we are currently accepting new patients.  All patients must have a referral sent prior to scheduling an appointment.  The referral must include clinical notes and a back and front copy of your insurance card.

We hold patient privacy and confidentiality in the highest regard. We do not share any data, results, or patient information, unless specifically authorized by the patient. You will receive information on confidentiality and you may add a relative or care-giver to receive information you chose.

Patients are responsible for ensuring Ginsburg Neurology is a contracted provider with your insurance company.  Dr. Ginsburg's current address must be listed on the insurance company's website when you are checking for network information.  Please bring your ID and insurance cards with you for each visit.  

Co-pays are collected at each visit.  Please be aware of any insurance deductible you may have.  

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time.  A $50.00 rescheduling fee for appointments not cancelled at least 24-hours of appointment time and/or for same day cancellations will be collected  prior to rescheduling your appointment.  

A $300.00 fee will be assessed for "NO SHOW" for procedure/testing appointments not cancelled at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled appointment time.  This fee will be collected prior to rescheduling your appointment.
